Online Booking Terms
 All payments must be made directly with Bhaya Cruises, Hanoi Sales Office at 7th Floor, 27 Mai Hac De str., Hanoi, Vietnam.
 Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card (without surcharge).
 Full payment must be made at least 10 (ten) days prior to check-in.
 Confirmed arrival and departure dates, number of cabins and passengers, passenger names, passport and visa numbers, cabin category (SGL/DBL/TWIN/SUITE), special requirements (e.g. gifts, meals etc.) must be provided by passengers at least 7 (seven) days prior to check-in.

Cancellation policies
 More than 7 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
 From 7 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
 Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
