Mr. Vincent Le Cannelier - General Manager
Vincent, a French origin, has become the General Manager of Bhaya Cruises since March 2008. Vincent brings with him over 10 years of experience in hospitality sphere. He spent five years at managerial positions for various high-end hotels and restaurants in France and South East Asia, including the famous Le Meridien Hotel chain. He now oversees all aspects of the cruise operations as well as sales and marketing activities.
Mr. Ricardo Y. Lopez - Cruise Manager
Carrying 27 years of experience in the hotel industry around the Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Unite States, Ricardo R. Lopez from the Philippines has joined Bhaya as Cruise Manager. He embarked his career for five years at The Abu Dhabi Inter Continental Hotel in UAE and three years at The Los Angeles Inter Continental Hotel in US. He last worked as the Director of Rooms at the five star Sofitel Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Nha Trang ,Vietnam. He is now in charge for guest relations, staff operations and service quality onboard.
Mr. Nguyen Van Toan - Executive Chef
Born in Hanoi, Toan has dedicated to cooking for more than 20 years. He worked as Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef for various leading hotels in Hanoi including Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, Nikko Hotel Hanoi. During that time, he successfully completed several professional training courses and was invited to perform in International Food Festivals in Japan, India, Taiwan and China. Before joining Bhaya Cruises, he worked as Executive Chef for 5-star Sofitel Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Nha Trang.
