Mojito 

Nothing says summer better than a glass of mojito. This recipe is straightforward and simply perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:

60 ml. White rum

22 ml. Fresh lime juice 

15 ml. Club soda

Crushed ice

Garnish:

Mint leaves

01 Lime wheel

Instructions:

Step 1: Lightly muddle the mint leaves then add it together with the lime juice to a highball glass.

Step 2: Pour in the white rum then half fill the glass with crushed ice

Step 3: Top it off with a club soda and garnish it with a lime wheel


Martini

A truly classic drink which is perfect to enjoy while looking at the view from the cruise terrace

Ingredients:

75 ml. Gin or vodka

15 ml. Dry Vermouth

Ice

Garnish:

Olives or lemon peel

Instruction:

Step 1: Put your glass in the freezer first to chill

Step 2: Add the gin or vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice and stir

Step 3: Strain the drink into the glass that you put in the freezer. 

Step 4: If you like olive, stick 2 or 3 olives on the cocktail pick for garnish. Alternatively, rub a lemon peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the glass.

Long Island Iced Tea

It’s another fantastic summer cocktail that guests shouldn’t miss out. This refreshing and delicious cocktail is a night-time classic. 

Ingredients:

22 ml. Vodka

22 ml. White rum

22 ml. Silver tequila

22 ml. Gin

22 ml. Triple sec

22 ml. Sugar syrup

22 ml. Fresh lemon juice

1 Cola

Ice 

Garnish:

Lemon wedge

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, except for the cola, in a glass with ice then stir until the mixture is chilled

Step 2: Strain the mixture into a glass and top it off with a splash of cola. 

Step 3: Give it a short and swift stir

Step 4: Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a straw

Sangria

This cocktail is full of refreshing ingredients and sings of summertime flavors. It’s time to wind down after a long day of sightseeing and activities with a glass of sangria.

Ingredients:

1 Spanish red wine bottle

120 ml.  Brandy

120 ml. Orange juice

1 Orange

1 Lemon

Garnish:

Sliced Orange

Instructions:

Step 1: Sliced the orange and lemon into wedges. 

Step 2: Place all the ingredients into a large pitcher and muddle for 30 seconds

Step 3: Add the brandy and orange juice then mix it up for 30 seconds

Step 4: Pour the red wine into the mixture then stir

Step 5: Serve in an ice-filled glass and garnish with a slice of orange 

Mai Tai

This tropical and fruity rum-based cocktail is so popular for its refreshing and chilly taste. 

Ingredients:

22 ml. Lime juice

30 ml. Dark rum

30 ml. Light rum

15 ml. Orange curacao

7.5 ml. Orgeat syrup

Crushed ice

Garnish:

Mint leaves

Pineapple wheel

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. 

Step 2: Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill 

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass

Step 4: Drop some mint leaves inside as a garnish and put the pineapple wheel on the rim of the glass
