Beautiful setting, great staff and the perfect sized boat. Thanks to Kevin, who was a very professional and competent cruise manager and a special shout out to Eddie, whose sense of humour was always present! The rest of the staff were wonderfully polite and attentive, and catered for dietary requirements exceptionally well. The food was excellent throughout. A very well put together cruise that keeps you busy but still with plenty of time to chill out. A must-do Vietnamese experience!
Our family including school aged children loved our overnight cruise. Our cruise manager Tuyen Pham and his assistant Ho were brilliant hosts, friendly, spoke clear English and happy sense of humour. We explored a cave, kayaked, swam, ate and ate, cooking classes, tea ceremony, morning tai chi were excellent. Clean comfortable rooms and all round relaxing time.
Kevin and his team did a fantastic job starting from greeting us in the lounge in the terminal building to the end of the cruise. Beautiful scenery all around, good food, and comfortable rooms. Had a little issue with the temperature of the water in the shower as it wouldn’t stay warm and turned to cold but all good as took a very fast shower.. We had 2 rooms and noticed that a cockroach appeared in our clothing in both rooms and did let Kevin know before we disembarked the ship that perhaps fumigation should be done. We were in Room 205 and 207 on March 29 on Au Co cruise ship. We visited the fishing village and the cave excursions and both were good. We enjoyed how to make spring rolls with the chef before the sit down dinner. This was an enjoyable overnight cruise and should not be missed if you plan to go to Vietnam.
My three brothers and I enjoyed a wonderful two day cruise on a Bhaya tour boat in mid-March. Your tour manager, Quach Van Son, added a lot to our experience. He has an engaging personality, which coupled with his fluent English, makes him ideal as a tour manager. As we went around the islands in a smaller boat, “Sonny” give us clear explanations about the way the island people live and, e.g., the Tien Ong cave, with its evidence that people lived there in prehistoric times. A great experience. Happy to recommend Bhaya to others. And glad that Odynovo made the arrangement.
We booked 2 day 1 night classic cruise, but have been upgraded for free to cruise on board Bhaya Legend 6. Our vessel had only 3 cabins - spacious and luxurious with a private balcony. Boarding and disembarking was effortless. We visited a magnificent cave complex and Ti Top island, because due to the weather condition visiting a fishing village was impossible. Whilst on board we were entertained with cooking and squid fishing demonstrations. In the morning we participated in Tai Chi lesson. The food was excellent throughout the whole cruise. Staff were very kind, friendly and very professional. Special thanks went to the crew members for celebrating the birthday of my wife. Highly recommend Bhaya cruises for Ha Long Bay.
Extremely enjoyable 2 nights and 3 days on Halong Bay! A number of excursions including bike rides to a local village, visits by small boat to look at the local fishing families who live on the water, some kayaking to a small beach for a swim, all made for a varied and extremely interesting time! Accommodation was very comfortable with great meals!
Well organized tour, beautiful boat. Very friendly, attentive and professional staff. Excellent meals, very nice dining room. Clean, cosy rooms with lovely linens, comfy beds. Everything was perfect. the scenery, the boat, our room and the meals, So glad we did this tour with this company!!
We all had a fantastic time on the bhaya overnight cruise, service was superb and food wonderful, cabins clean and very quaint, lots going on including trip to the caves. Anna was a great asset to the stay from spring roll making to tai chi at 6am, definitely a trip to remember.
We enjoyed the small boat experience -- we got to know the other passengers and every crew member in a very short time. Further Bhaya tends to journey away from the heaviest traveled areas, giving us more unimpeded views and less crowding at the sights. Food was outstanding. Onboard activities are fun and engaging. Cabins exceeded out expectations -- roomy and super high quality . . . private balcony allowed quiet breaks with a great view.
We where in bhaya Classic it was fantastic Eberybody was very nice, especially de guide Tom We higly recommend it
